We will send you a rental agreement upon reserving the holiday home.
The following terms apply for cancellations:
If the lessee cancels the contract before the rental period begins without presenting a new lessee, who can enter into the contract to the existing conditions, the following proportional fees, minus expenses saved, shall be paid as compensation if re-letting is not possible:
Cancellation
-up to 49 days before the rental period begins: 10% of the rental fee
-up to 35 days before the rental period begins: 30% of the rental fee
-up to 21 days before the rental period begins: 60% of the rental fee
-up to 14 days before the rental period begins: 90% of the rental fee
otherwise (less than 14 days before the rental period begins): 100% of the rental fee
At the same time, the lessor will try to find a substitute lessee.

Steinfischbach sits on the border of the district Hochtaunus, about 350-400 m above sea level. The idyllically located town is surrounded by forest, orchard and eadows.
Due to its central location in the Taunus and the easy access to the A3, B275 and the B8, Steinfischbach is the ideal starting point for trips to the Rheingau, Lahn, Weil Valley and Hochtaunus regions.
Getting there
The holiday home is just 10 km from the A3 (exit Idsein or Bad Camberg). The federal roads B8 and B274 run through the neighbouring town of Weldems-Esch.

Host informationWe have enjoyed hiring out our farmstead's former stable/storehouse as a holiday home since 2006.
In this time, we have been able to welcome many dear guests in our personally and comfortably appointed house. The well-equipped kitchen and three floors keep boredom at bay, even in rainy weather.
We are closed over winter. That's when we renovate and repair wherever it's necessary, so that our guests will be comfortable next season.

Wir waren im Januar über ein Wochenende mit der ganzen großen Familie hier und es war wunderbar. Das Haus ist groß und hat ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer wo alle 16 Leute miteinander Platz hatten. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, und sehr sauber. Ich würde jederzeit wieder herkommen.
