The neighbourhood has many old industrial properties with and without creative use and residential areas. The Lindenau/Leutzch culture area is nearby around the Georg-Schwarz-Strasse. Bakeries, shops, restaurants and the streetcar stop are only a few minutes away on Georg-Schwarz-Strasse. Next door there is another old studio building of the same owner, in which there are 40 studios and a gallery.
Getting there
With the train via the Central Station with the S-bahn to the Leutzsch train station, or with the streetcar to the Georg-Schwarz-Strasse. By car take the Leipzig West exit.

Im Industriegebiet von Leipzig, umgeben von Ateliers und Baustellen liegt das Loft, das viel Charme besitzt. Wir mögen den Billardtisch, die großen Fenster, die moderne Dusche und Küche, den vielen Platz und auch die geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Ein Auto sollt man haben, den Tag verbringt man nicht in der unmittelbaren Umgebung, aber gar nicht so weit weg ist ein Leipzig mit Parks, mit schönen Altbauten, studentisch-alternativer Szene und Kunst und Kultur. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wir haben uns zu dritt sehr wohlgefühlt.
