In the green and protected valley of the Dun valley, 6 km from St Aubin sur mer (large sandy beach), the Chaumière Bleue offers you the charm of a half-timbered thatched cottage dating from the 16th and 17th centuries. The house, very bright, can accommodate up to 12 people.
In the large living room, decorated with a typical Cauchoise fireplace and exposed beams, you can enjoy a multilingual library. It overlooks a dining room with fireplace and follows a well equipped kitchen.
An office and a bedroom as well as a small bright living room with fireplace, and a bedroom upstairs complete the old part of the house.
On the first floor, the 6 bedrooms (one in the old annex) overlook the garden at the back of the house. One has a private bathroom, another has a balcony with a view of the neighboring meadows.
The enclosed and flowery garden, surrounded by the pretty meadows, is sunny. Enjoy the large terrace of 40 m², protected from the wind, to spend pleasant moments of conviviality. A second large garden is the ideal place for children's adventures.
The house is at the beginning of numerous hikes and ideally placed to visit the region of the alabaster coast, from Veulette sur mer to Dieppe, the numerous castles and gardens of the surrounding villages: Veules les Roses, Quiberville, Varengeville sur mer, Pourville.
