If you cancel within 6 weeks before the start of the trip, both the host and guest must try to re-let the apartment for the booked period. If no financially sufficient replacement is found, the guest remains fully or partially liable for payment. In such a case, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Karl's strawberry farm can be reached in about 15 minutes by car - particularly recommended for children. There is an adventure pool in Brandenburg an der Havel - the "Marienbad". The B5 outlet centre is great for shopping - also about 15 minutes. Worth seeing, for example: Ribbeck Castle, Ribbeck Old School and the Ribbeck washhouse; seasonal cultural events take place here.

Holiday destination

"Lavendel" is located on the outskirts of the village of Wachow. The tranquil little village is located on the Riewendsee. Accessible on foot or by bike in about 2km. Ideal for anglers or natural swimmers. The Großbehnitzer See is approx. 4 km away. A small romantic lake, which, with its small jetties, is a great place to have a picnic while watching the dragonflies. If you prefer to be pampered with culinary delights, you may want to visit the Stober estate with restaurant (very good, regional cuisine) and the lakeside terraces in the immediate vicinity.

Die Wohnung "Lavendel" im Erdgeschoss ist liebevoll eingerichtet,, der Garten ein Paradies. Angefangen bei der Buchung bis zum Urlaubsende gab es vom sehr netten Vermieter hilfreiche Informationen, Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Das Haus ist eine Oase der Ruhe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren traurig, dass die schöne Zeit zu Ende ging (inkl. unserem Hund). Danke!

Familie Walther / Dallmaier Pfingsten 2025 : Eine rundum wunderbare Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage mit Garten . An alles wurde gedacht , sogar eine Spielzeugkiste für die Kleinen stand bereit. Liebevoller Empfang mit prächtigen Rosen aus dem Garten und ein ganz netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.
