Cancellation policy
1. In the event of a cancellation by the guest, the guest owes Texelduinen a cancellation fee. In addition to the due reservation fee, the following cancellation fees apply:
- In case of cancellation up to forty-two (42) days before the arrival date: thirty percent (30%) of the price*
- In case of cancellation from the forty-second (42nd) day up to and including the twenty-eighth (28th) day before the arrival date: sixty percent (60%) of the price*
- In case of cancellation from the twenty-eighth (28th) day up to the day of arrival: ninety percent (90%) of the price*
- In case of cancellation on the day of arrival: one hundred percent (100%) of the price*
(* Tourist tax, costs for bed linen and cleaning are not to be paid as part of the price in the event of a cancellation.)
2. The guest must make the cancellation in writing (by letter or email).

The park is located in the National Park Dunes of Texel, on the edge of the forest, with many hiking and cycling paths next door. After a 10-minute bike ride through the forest and dunes, you reach the North Sea beach. Ecomare is 1 kilometer away. The seaside resort De Koog and the center of Den Burg with restaurants, shops, and supermarkets are 4 kilometers away.
