Cancellations or changes must always be made in writing.
Cancellations without charge are only possible during a period when travel is prohibited or a travel ban is in force. If the travel period falls within a period of heightened risk or the German Federal Government prohibits travel, there is a statutory entitlement to a refund of the travel price; otherwise, the following cancellation conditions apply as a percentage of the rental fee:
99 to 43 days before arrival: 10%
42 to 29 days before arrival: 40%
28 to 8 days before arrival: 80%
7 to 1 day before arrival: 90%
on the day of arrival: 100%.
In the event of early departure, 100% of the total price as stated in the booking confirmation will be charged.

Getting there
Boiensdorf is easily accessible via the A 20 or A24/A14 motorways. Take the ‘Insel Poel’ exit at the Wismar motorway junction. Follow the signs for Insel Poel. After a short drive, you will reach Groß Strömkendorf. Here, turn right towards Salzhaff/Boiensdorf/Pepelow. You will reach Boiensdorf via Blowatz and Stove.

Leider ist der beworbene Internetanschluss nicht verfügbar, auch nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen beim Vermieter, der sich kümmern wollte, ist nach 14 Tagen nichts passiert. Der Vermieter wollte auch nach dem Urlaub kein Statement dazu abgeben. ANGEBOTENE LEISTUNG nicht erbracht. Der Vermieter zeigte sich desinteressiert. Sehr schade. Ansonsten ist die Ferienwohnung jedoch ok, wenn man von den Ameisen absieht die überall unten in der Wohnung herumlaufen. Aber es sind überall Ameisenköder aufgestellt.:-)) Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einem kleine Ort, sehr ruhig, die Einrichtung entspricht den abgebildeten Fotos, Küche ist gut bestückt. Zum Strand fährt man ca.20 Minuten mit dem Auto.
