Cancellation policy
You pay 10% of the booking price with your booking. You pay the rest of the amount up to 4 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation:
You have the right to cancel at no cost within 2 weeks of booking. This does not apply if the booking is a last minute (within 4 weeks before arrival). The cancellation must always be made in writing. If the renter cancels the contract or does not use the property, an appropriate fee for the loss of rent must be paid if the property cannot be re-rented or if the rental income is less.
Replacement for loss of rent is:
14 days after booking - 30 days prior to arrival = 25%
29 - 8 days prior to arrival = 60%
7 - 0 days prior to arrival = 100%
If the property can be re-rented, the penalty will be refunded with a processing fee of 49 EUR.

Located in beautiful and contemplative Dorum-Neufeld, the Wadden Sea is only 900 m away. Here there is the Watt'n Bad (seawater wave pool) and a large dog beach and the Overeversand lighthouse. Numerous other attractions and many holiday discounts in the Cuxland holiday park round out the selection. Within walking distance there are some really good restaurants, a small Edeka market and a bakery. So you've always got plenty on hand!
Getting there
Dorum Neufeld is located right in the middle between Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven (about 20 km to each) and right on the North. Take the Neuenwalde exit on the A27 to Dorum, turn right and then it is about 6 km from Dorum. You can also take the train to Dorum and then come to Dorum-Neufeld with the bus or taxi.

Moin, wir waren zum wiederholten mal im Haus Julia, wie immer alles bestens, sauber übernommen, es fehlt an nichts, der Kamin war Gold wert in der Zeit und man kann sich einfach nur wohl fühlen. Wir kommen wieder, vielen Dank für das schöne Haus!

Es ist schon ein wenig her, das wir dort waren, aber ab 14. Februar sind wir wieder dort. Die Häuser Julia &Philipp haben einfach das besondere EXTRA. Es fehlt einem einfach an nichts und man fühlt sich wohl. Die Fahrräder könnten ein wenig besser gepflegt werden, aber das liegt leider auch an den Benutzern. Wir fühlen uns dort einfach Wohl, Dankeschön.

Die Fahrräder lassen wir jedes Frühjahr in Dorum beim heimischen Fahrradhändler nachschauen und einer Inspektion unterziehen. Und ja, leider haben Sie recht: Nicht jeder Gast behandelt die Fahrräder wirklich gut...
