Cancellation policy
If the guest cancels the booking or does not appear on the day of arrival, the landlord's claim remains the rent, minus a flat rate of 20% of the rental price. If the property can be rented in another capacity, compensation for the difference may be made at a lower rental price. A handling fee of €25 including VAT will be applied. A change of reservation is possible 6 weeks before arrival. The cost for this is €40.00.

Holiday destination
Breege is an ideal starting point for cycling and hiking. In just a few minutes walk through a pine grove (about 350 meters) you reach the ~10 km long white beach of the Baltic Sea.
There are bistros, cafés and restaurants. The Breeger Bodden is only 100 meters away. From the Breeger Harbour you can reach the beautiful island of Hiddensee with the ferries or enjoy the crossing to the famous Störtebekerfestival in Ralswiek.

Wir waren das erste Mal in der Gegend. Sie lädt zum Verweilen ein, schöne Gegend zum Fahrradfahren. Der Strand 500m entfernt. Das Ferienhaus, welches mit Kamin und Infrarot Sauna ausgestattet ist, hat zur Entspannung beigetragen. In der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt, super ausgestattet. Die Dekoration und Gestaltung im Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir haben uns gefreut über die große Terrasse und das diese bei Bedarf mit einer Markise überdacht werden konnte.
Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war jederzeit möglich und sehr angenehm.

Schönes Haus gutes Wetter (etwas Regen) nette Leute ringsherum sehr angenehm da vor der Hauptsaison gemütliche Kneipen
Störtebeker Festspiele mit Schiff angefahren, sehr zu empfehlen
