This listed half-timbered house is part of the historic customs settlement in Monschau-Kalterherberg on the edge of the "Hautes Fagnes", at the gates of the Eifel National Park, above the historic old town of Monschau.
It is an ideal starting point for hikes in the "Hautes Fagnes", on the "Eifelsteig" trail or in the surrounding forests. Cycling tours on the "Vennbahnradweg", the "Ruruferweg" or the "Eifelhöhenweg" find their direct entry here.

Ein traumhaftes Haus mit ebenso traumhafter Ausstattung und einem tollen Garten. Wünsche bleiben hier keine offen. Freizeitmöglichkeiten bei gutem und schlechtem Wetter sind hier möglich. Wer auf Wellness und Gemütlichkeit aus ist, ist hier ebenso richtig, wie sportlich Aktive. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern gestaltet sich problemlos, sie sind immer hilfsbereit und versuchen, den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten.

Wir, 3 befreundete Paare, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber, die Zimmer liebevoll und mit Herz eingerichtet. Durch die 2 getrennten Bäder gab es keinen Stau. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, der Kaffeeautomat rundete das Angebot ab. Leider hatten wir, wegen den niedrigen Temperaturen, nicht die Möglichkeit den Schwimmteich zu testen (nur bis zu den Knien) aber immerhin wurde die Außensauna genutzt. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt.
Wichtig: unser Hund war herzlich Willkommen
