The 40 m² hydromassage pool offers inexperienced bathers a couple of steps to easily walk into water. All bedrooms have a private bathroom, an LCD TV and direct access to the terrace / balcony. Master bedroom has a sauna, 1 bedroom has a bathtub.

Activities that I can offer to my guests : winery tours and wine degustation, olive oil tasting tours, bicycle rent, and bicycle tours, airplane sightseeing of Pula region and islands, group diving or a diving course for beginners, horse riding school, water sports, etc.
The fully enclosed courtyard of 1,300 m2 with a spacious green garden provides numerous opportunities for your youngest to play, while you are preparing a barbecue on the terrace.
Restaurant and shop are 400m away from home. Nearby there are also a wide range of summer activities - bike riding, windsurfing, kayak rental, boat rental, diving centers etc.
10km southern of Pula, at the very end of Istrian peninnsula. There is only Cape Kamenjak after Premantura. GPS navigation will take you directly to the house.

Cancel free of charge for any reason, up to 61 days before arrival. (valid for all bookings made from 05.02.2021)
If you cancel 36 to 60 days before arrival, you will get a refund of 1/4 of the "prepayment amount".
If you cancel 35 days (and less) before arrival, "prepayment amount" is not refundable.
COVID-19 FREE CANCELLATION
Free cancellation of reservation stay will be granted to guests in the following Covid-19 related travel disruptions:
- closure of the border of the country of the Guest, or closure of the Croatian border, for tourist trips (border closure restriction must be applied onto the part or the whole reservation stay period)
- in the event of a new wave of pandemic in the Guest’s home country or in Croatia, if Governments declare a state of pandemic and lockdown / quarantine of all citizens (officially declared pandemic state must be applied onto the part or the whole reservation stay period)
- in case that during the Guest’s vacation stay at our rental property, the Guest’s home country applies mandatory self-isolation, as an official obligation, for all tourist travelers returning from Croatia, the host can approve a refund for unused overnight stays, or he can offer a voucher for unused overnight stays to be used in season 2022 (it’s host’s choice on what option will be offered)
Young groups of guests younger than 23 years of age, must send us an inquiry first.
