Holiday destination

The fully enclosed courtyard of 1,300 m2 with a spacious green garden provides numerous opportunities for your youngest to play, while you are preparing a barbecue on the terrace. Restaurant and shop are 400m away from home. Nearby there are also a wide range of summer activities - bike riding, windsurfing, kayak rental, boat rental, diving centers etc.

Getting there

10km southern of Pula, at the very end of Istrian peninnsula. There is only Cape Kamenjak after Premantura. GPS navigation will take you directly to the house.

Wir waren zwei Wochen dort. Preis ist hoch, aber gerade noch angemessen. In die kleine Innenstadt sowie zum Meer sind es ca. 5 Min. zu Fuss. Die Betten waren uns teils zu klein, die Einrichtung ausreichend, aber nicht sonderlich wertig, ikeaniveau. Sehr nette Eigentümerin, sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr schöner Salzwasserpool und der Whirlpool auf dem Dach mit Meerblick ist cool. Sauna ist vorhanden, aber winzig. Auch ein rudimentär ausgestatteter Fitnessraum ist vorhanden. Die Gegend ist super, tolle Restaurants. Das Gras war so hart, dass man es barfuß nicht betreten wollte. Das Haus ist nicht in perfektem Zustand, viele kleine störende Mängel, die man bei diesem Preis nicht erwartet wie ein völlig verdteckter uralt wirkender nutzloser Filter im Whirlpool, eine sehr schwergängige Spülmaschinentüre, ein teils defektes Gefrierfach, ein zu kleiner Kühlschrank, Löcher im Bad, wo Ameisen ins Haus gelangen, einige Steckdosenabdeckungen fallen ab, im Pool sind einige Mosaiksteine ausgebrochen, eine Skimmerabdeckung kaputt und nicht alle Düsen funktionieren. Die Pooltechnik ist den ganzen Tag zu hören, da nicht isoliert. Das Trampolin verrostet und das Netz kaputt. Ein verrostetes kleines Tor ist vorhanden, keine Bälle. Waschmaschine ging super, der Wäscheständer war alt und verrostet, Wäscheklammern gab es keine. Grillmöglichkeiten gut, Kohle vorhanden, aber keine Anzünder. Gefüllter und gekühlter Weinkühlschrank vorhanden. Rolläden vorhanden, teils elektrisch, sehr effiziente Klimaanlagen in jedem Raum. Besteck, Kochutensilien und Geschirr ausreichend vorhanden, aber kein wirklich brauchbares Messer. Genügend Müllsäcke vorhanden. WLAN gut unten, ganz schlecht bis gar kein Empfang in Zimmern in den anderen Geschossen. Kein deutsches Netflix Account, müsste man einrichten, hab es nicht hinbekommen. Satelliten- TV und damit ausreichend deutsche Sender. Supermarkt im Ort vollkommen ausreichend, Stände mit frischem Obst und Gemüse, diverse Bäckereien im Ort, 7 Tage geöffnet. Tolle Eisdielen und Aquapark vorhanden am benachbarten Campingplatz sowie u.a. Radverleih, Quadverleih, Bootsverleih, auch Kajaks. Insgesamt eine top Lage, bis Pula sind es aber schon 15 Min. Viel weniger touristisch wie das benachbarte Medulin.

Es war eine wundervolle Ferienanlage, ein traumhaftes Haus in dem wir wundervolle Tage verbracht haben. Das Haus und die Anlage hatte alles was das Herz begehrt. Würden wir gerne noch einmal besuchen. Es gibt nichts negatives zu sagen.
