If a client wishes to cancel their booking, they should immediately notify Homerti by both calling and writing. If a guest cancels a booking, the agency will apply the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation more than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of the rental fee.
If the client decides to leave the property after checking in and before the rental period has ended, no refund of the rental fee will be provided.

Holiday destination
Artà is a nice town and a 10-20 minutes' drive takes you to the coast and to many nice sand beaches like Cala Agulla, Cala Mesquida or Costa dels Pins. Visit also Cala Torta, a small natural bay, and the remains of the talayotic village Ses Païsses, a former tribe who was living more than 3000 years ago. If you fancy going out, have some drinks and dance, Cala Ratjada has a good nightlife and is only a 15 minutes' drive.
