Cancellation policy
The guest can cancel the rental contract in writing or provide a substitute renter. In this case, we charge damages as a replacement for expenses, prepayments and the lost profit.
If the renter does not arrive without prior cancellation, the entire rental price must be paid for the agreed upon rental period
if the holiday house cannot be rented again at the same price. This does not apply if there is culpable omission of placement. The landlord is not obligated to try to re-rent the property if and as long as the renter does not declare that they are not arriving.

Our holiday home is located in Leinsweiler, a small picturesque wine growing village right on the southern winer route, right on the Palatinate forest.
In the village and the immediate vicinity there are numerous wine taverns and pubs with regional and supra-regional delicacies.
In this lovely environment of the sunny southern Palatinate, seekers of peace and quiet, hikers, wine lovers, climbers and mountain bikers will find just what they are looking for.
The southern Palatinate also has plenty of culture to offer, such as Landau, Speyer, Neustadt etc.

Wir suchten eine Unterkunft für ein Paar mit Hund und das Ferienhaus Z ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage des Hauses, etwas abseits, war perfekt zum Abschalten.
In der näheren Umgebung ließen sich tolle Ausflüge und Wanderungen machen
Wunderschönes Ferienhaus und sehr liebe Gastgeber :)
