Cancellation policy

If rental agreements are canceled, the tenant is obliged to pay the agreed contract amount less the expenses saved by the landlord. These expenses are charged at 20% of the overnight price. However, the landlord tries to allocate the accommodation to someone else in order to keep the damage to the tenant as low as possible. A cancellation fee of EUR 50.00 is definitely due. We recommend travel cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination

The holiday apartment is located in the traffic-calmed part of the street, close to the Prerow Strom harbor. Boat tours with passenger ships or kayaks can be started from here. The appartement is close to the fine sandy north beach or the center (no more than 15 minutes to go). Very nearby is the observation tower on the Hohe Düne, from which you have a wonderful view of the lagoon landscape and the Baltic Sea. A short walk to the bus stop, restaurants, bakery, penny market, pharmacy, doctors.

Getting there

By car via the highway A19 to Rostock-Ost, continue on the federal highway B 105 to Altheide, then turn left onto the country road L21 towards Fischland-Darß to Prerow (we recommend using route planners or navigation devices for alternative routes, especially during peak travel times). By train to train station Ribnitz-Damgarten West and then by bus (line 210) via Ahrenshoop to Prerow. Or directly to Prerow with one of the numerous long-distance buses.
