Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy
In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre-payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less than €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. The conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.

In the beautiful, rural surroundings of the holiday resort Porec you will find the beautiful apartment with private pool (Mir). It is located in a small place called Zgrablici. Zgrabljici are situated between Porec and Pazin, the heart of Istria. The surrounding of Zgrabljici is really nice for long walks and bike rides. The sea is only 7 km distance from Zgrabljici (Lim Fjord) and the central Istria (Pazin) is only 15 km far. In Sv. Lovrec, place nearby, you can find restaurant and shop.
Getting there
At the exit from the highway follow signs to POREC CENTRE, and continue to Porec. On the first traffic lights in Porec turn right, and on the next traffic lights turn left and drive till coming to the big parking. Our agency is near to the big parking, on the following address: PARTIZANSKA 4/1.

Wir hatten eine großartige Erfahrung bei der Buchung über Euro Tours Villas. Vom ersten E-Mail-Kontakt und Telefonat an war das Team freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr angenehm im Gespräch. Sie haben sich wirklich die Zeit genommen, um zu verstehen, wonach wir suchten, und halfen uns, die beste Option für unser Budget und unsere Vorlieben zu finden – was sich als Villa Sana herausstellte, und sie war perfekt!
Was uns besonders auffiel, war die entspannte und professionelle Atmosphäre während des gesamten Prozesses. Alles verlief reibungslos – Kommunikation, Buchung und Check-in. Es fühlte sich alles sehr „pomalo“ an, wie man in Kroatien sagt – langsamer machen, genießen, kein Stress. Genau das, was wir brauchten.
Während unseres Aufenthalts gaben uns die Gastgeber (die ebenfalls mit Euro Tours arbeiten) sogar eine Führung durch die Villa Luna, gleich nebenan – ein wunderschön restauriertes 100 Jahre altes Steinhaus mit Pool, Sauna und erstklassigem Interieur. Wenn Sie also nach etwas Traditionellem mit einem Hauch von Luxus suchen, ist das ebenfalls ein Juwel, das es wert ist, entdeckt zu werden.
Es ist offensichtlich, dass Euro Tours Villas mit hochwertigen Objekten arbeitet und großen Wert auf das Erlebnis jedes Gastes legt. Wir fühlten uns von Anfang bis Ende willkommen, unterstützt und entspannt. Wir denken bereits an unsere nächste Reise und werden definitiv wieder über sie buchen. Sehr empfehlenswert! �
