The holiday home is about 40 m2 and has space for 2 people. It has 1 bedroom with a French bed, 1 living room/bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and access to a balcony to the courtyard. We will provide a travel cot and high chair for children up to the age of 4. In addition to this apartment, we also have an additional holiday apartment for up to 4 people.

The Hütelinstrasse is located in a quiet one way street in the historic old town. Central location, you'll find restaurants and pubs in the immediate vicinity as well as great shopping.
Constance is a great starting point for cycling tours into neighbouring Switzerland or along the Rhine or as part of the famous Lake Constance cycling path. But you can take lovely car trips such as to Zurich, into the mountains, the Black Forest and, and, and...there are so many great destinations to be reached from Constance!
Lake Constance, the Constance port with plenty of restaurants, the train station, the Sealife Center and the neighbouring Swiss Seepark are only a few minutes walk away. Constance is a lovely starting point for excursions around Lake Constance, to the island of Mainau, to Reichenau, excursions by boat, catamaran or train. There are many discounts with the guest pass, in particular for families.
By car from Stuttgart A 81 to the Singen interchange, then towards Constance on the B33.

The renter can cancel the contract before arrival by written declaration to the owner. The time the landlord receives the written cancellation is the time of cancellation.
If the tenant cancels the rental contract, they must pay replacement for the costs incurred by the landlord in the following amounts: costs for cancellation after conclusion of the contract or no-show in the amount of 90% of the rental price.
The tenant must prove that the landlord suffered less damage. The tenant can designate a replacement tenant who is prepared to assume the rental contract in their place. The landlord can decline the third person if they do not appear to be able to pay the fee or are unreliaable.
If a third party assumes the rental contract, they and the previous tenants will pay the landlord any additional costs arising from the tenancy of the third party.
The landlord must try to re-rent the accommodation not used and must offset the cancellation fees with the savings that are incurred.
It is recommended that the tenants procure holiday cancellation insurance.
We have a minimum stay of 5 days. Shorter times may be available upon request for a surcharge.
In the high season from June to September we have a minimum booking period of 7 days.
