Travelling on the A44 Köln/Düsseldorf, take the exit Lichtenbusch
and make a left towards Monschau. After approx. 10 km, turn right at the end of the street and continue towards Roetgen/Monschau. In Roetgen, turn left onto Rosentalstraße (before you reach the first petrol station). After approx. 500m, take the 2nd street on the left (Rommelweg). After about 300m you'll see the apartment No. 46 on your right.

Please note that usage-based cost can occur additionally. If you have any questions please get in touch with the owner directly.
If you cancel up to 14 days prior to arrival, we'll refund the already paid deposit.
If you cancel later than that, the deposit will be forfeited.
If you cancel on short notice/within 5 days prior to arrival, or in case of a no-show, we'll charge 90% of the booking price unless we are able to re-let the apartment.
In case of a cancellation due to an administrative order (Coronavirus lock-down), the deposit will be refunded and no further costs arise.

This price is valid for 2 guests; each additional guest pays EUR 15.00/day extra.
Bookable with a minimum stay of 2 nights - during school holidays upon prior arrangement.

The apartment comes with a large selection of hiking maps and information on numerous leisure activities in our triangle region (Germany/Belgium/Netherlands). We'll gladly offer you fresh eggs from our own chickens.
