1. Please note that Traum-Ferienwohnungen is a mediation platform to connect hosts and vacationers. Bookings are done directly with the hosts. The hosts are the contracting party of the booking.

2. If you have any questions regarding a booking or inquiry, please contact the host directly. You can find the contact details in the exposé.

3. If you would like to change your booking because you are not able to travel now, please contact your host directly as well. You both can clarify how to deal with this special situation.

Our luxurious and spacious holiday apartment is located right in the middle of Berchtesgaden, 5 min walking distance from the city center. The 160m2 big apartment extends over two floors and is the perfect hide away for relaxing days as well as active holidays.

The cozy, modern living room area and the two spacious bedrooms are ideal for family holidays.

Two luxurious bathrooms with rain dance showers will relax you after long hikes in the mountains of Berchtesgaden.

Enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view from the 80m2 big terrace on the first floor of the loft (from July 2017)

Die Ferienwohnung Wendlinger ist sehr modern und stilsicher eingerichtet. Die Fußbodenheizung ist klasse. Die Regendusche einmalig. Es war rundum gelungen und wir empfehlen die Wohnung hiermit ausdrücklich allen, die etwas wirklich schönes in bester Lage (Innenstadtnähe, Watzmannblick usw.) suchen. Vielen Dank, Fr. Wendlinger, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!
