Cancellation
If you have to cancel a trip you have already booked, this must be done in writing – also in your own interest.
Depending on the date of receipt of your cancellation before the start of the rental period, the following costs will be charged:
In the event of cancellation
- From booking up to 45 days before arrival: 10 %
- up to 21 days: 50%
- up to 5 days: 85%
- from 5 days and in the case of no-show, 100% of the contract amount must be paid.
In addition, we will charge a fee of €10.00 for each cancellation.
The date of the postmark is decisive for adhering to these periods.

The house is located at the edge of the centre of the village of the small fishing village of Wieck on the Bodstedt marshes. The salt marsh meadow is about 100 m away.

Wir haben das FH mit 8 Personen genutzt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Es ist großräumig und jede Familie hatte Ihre Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Das Haus hat einen besonderen Charakter, der sich wunderbar in den kleinen Ort Wieck einfügt und nicht wie ein Neubau wirkt.
Die Sauna und der Wellnessbereich wurden von uns sehr angenehm empfunden.
Die Info an alle Gäste das keine Saunahandtücher zur Grundausstattung dazugehören sollte noch in die Ausstattung mit aufgenommen werden.

Wir waren als Familie + Hund in dieser Unterkunft. Es war für uns das 1. aber nicht das letzte Mal.
Wir waren von Anfang an sehr begeistert. Die Ausstattung hat uns allen gefallen. Das Haus ist geräumig eingerichtet in dem man sich nur wohlfühlen kann.
Es war kurzweilig für uns...wir konnten gut entschleunigen und haben gemeinsam in der Umgebung viel unternommen. Für Gross-& Klein ist was dabei.
Wir kommen ganz bald wieder und freuen uns auf das tolle Haus.
