What would a fantastic house be without similarly fantastic surroundings?! The long, broad sandy beach, the proximity to the island of Texel and to Alkmaar with its cheese market, and the amenities in the park (indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, golf courses...) all make Julianadorp and the Ooghduyne resort a worth-while holiday destination year-round.
The "Ooghduyne" resort features a restaurant with a café, a snack bar and a wide range of sports facilities.
2 tennis courts, kids' playgrounds (both indoor and out), a 9-hole golf course, a family golf course, mini golf, and an adventure swimming pool that was built as recently as 2016.
Julianadorp aan Zee lies nestled among expansive tulip fields and agricultural areas along Nordholland's 30 km-long chain of dunes, approx. 5 km from the harbour town of Den Helder.
Shopping centres, beautiful restaurants, cafés, doctors and a pharmacy are all not far away. The Ooghduyne Golf & Beach Resort is a very well-kept resort that's surrounded by tulip fields in a peaceful location with views of the dunes.
Getting there
Via Amsterdam, then A9 towards Haarlem, continue towards Alkmaar, then via the N9 towards den Helder (approx. 35km) to Julianadorp. At Resort Ooghduyne, the house numbers are signposted.

We bought the "Strandoase Julianadorp" in November 2016 and renovated and fully refurnished it.
We would be delighted if you could have as good a time in our holiday home as we do and spend the most beautiful days of the year at our place on the Dutch North Sea coast.

Tolles sauberes Ferienhaus, modern und mit Liebe eingerichtet. In der Küche fehlte es an nichts.
Durch das tolle Wetter, konnten wir fast täglich noch die Terassenmöbel nutzen. Wir und meine Terrier-Damen haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es war ein super Ankommen. Der erste Eindruck war klasse, das Ferienhaus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es wurde beim Einrichten auf viele Details geachtet, so dass meine Mutter am liebsten die blaue Deko und den blauen Osterhasen eingepackt hätte. Wir haben uns schnell wohl gefühlt. Die Flasche Wein zum Empfang mit der Aufschrift Auszeit genießen war super lecker und die Espresso Kapseln wurden gleich zu einem leckeren Kaffee verarbeitet.
Leider haben wir die tollen Gartenmöbel nicht nutzen können, da es das Wetter nicht so zugelassen hat, wenn wir von unseren Spaziergängen vom Meer oder Ausflügen zurückkamen.
Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Auszeit und für die lieben Aufmerksamkeiten und für den tollen Kontakt mit Ihnen. Wir kommen sicherlich noch einmal wieder.
