Holiday destination
Egmond aan Zee is a small village nestled in the dunes. Located directly by the sea, it is the holiday destination of choice for sun worshippers, walkers, and cyclists.
Those who have visited Egmond once always return. There is plenty to do for both young and old.
The center of Egmond aan Zee is just a 5-minute walk away. There you will find good restaurants, bicycle rental, charming shops and boutiques, cozy sun terraces, as well as a large supermarket and a bakery.
Stroll leisurely past the small shops and cafes towards the lighthouse and the boulevard, and watch the sun sink into the sea. Wander through the dune belt to one of the protected sandy paths in the area and find your way back.
Getting there
From Germany, take the A12 towards Arnhem, Utrecht.
At Utrecht, take the A2 towards Amsterdam.
After about 25 km, take the A9 towards Amstelveen and then after 20 km, continue on the A9 towards Alkmaar.
Then take the exit for Alkmaar/Heiloo, at the roundabout take the 3/4 exit towards Heiloo and then towards Egmond. Continue following the signs for Egmond aan Zee.

Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen. Kann die Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen. Schön ist, das man im Außenbereich seine Privatsphäre hat. Auch ansonsten kann ich die Unterkunft empfehlen. War jetzt das zweite mal dort. Würde es immer wieder buchen. Auch die Vermieter sind sehr nett.

Top Lage und Top- Preis! Zentral gelegene Wohnung - Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe, Supermarkt fußläufig, Fahrradverleih auch in unmittelbarer Nähe, Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Viel Platz- absolut ausreichend für 4 Personen. Eigene möblierte Terrrasse zur Wohnung auf 2 Etagen!
Jetzt der eine Stern Abstrich: das Badezimmer ist ein kleiner Raum mit WC und Dusche mit Vorhang, aber kein Waschbecken und Spiegel und ohne Fenster.
Dafür sind zwei Waschbecken im ersten Stock jeweils in den Schlafzimmern. Das heißt: Händewaschen nicht im Bad möglich, sondern erst in der Küche.
Das ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber für drei Nächte ging es.
