If the tenant withdraws from the rental agreement more than one month before the start of the rental period, the 20% deposit already made will be forfeited without compensation as a cancellation fee. If the tenant withdraws from the rental agreement one month or less before the start of the rental period, no refund of the rent will be made; this shall be considered to be compensation for the loss of rent then incurred.

Unterkunft wie schon im Jahr 2023 wieder alles Okay.
In der Wohnung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Leider war der Geschirr Spüler defekt aber auch das kann mal passieren .Besonders hervorragend ist immer wieder die Lage mit direkten Strand Zugang. Und das ein Strandkorb für die Gäste bereit steht.
Also vielen Dank Frau Schweiger und wir waren Bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal da.

Leider habe ich erst durch Sie erfahren, dass der Geschirrspüler defekt war, sonst hätte ich ihn selbstverständlich vor Ihrer Anreise reparieren lassen. Eine schöne, geschmacklich tolle eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, wo man sich beim betreten gleich richtig wohl fühlt. Schöner Flur mit ausreichend Stauraum, kleine Küche, in der es aber an nichts fehlt, schöne Essecke, um das Frühstück zu genießen Gemütliche Sitzecke zum relaxen oder zum fernsehen kleines, aber feines Bad sehr schönes geschmacklich eingerichtetes Schlafzimmer. Wir haben in dem Betten zauberhaft geschlafen erwähnenswert ist auch ein zweiter Fernseher den Balkon haben nicht genutzt wir haben uns in der Woche sehr sehr wohl in der Ferienwohnung gefühlt. Die Abwicklung der Buchung und Bezahlung sowie die Übergabe waren top wir möchten uns dafür auf diesem Wege noch mal recht herzlich bedanken. Weiterhin zu erwähnen wäre die TOP Lage direkt an der Promenade, Danke liebe Grüße aus Braunsbedra
