Holiday destination
Welcome to the Lancken district of the municipality of Dranske on the sunny island of Rügen! Our stylishly furnished, newly built holiday home, Reethaus Strandgut, is situated in a peaceful and relaxing location with views of the Baltic Sea and the island of Hiddensee. It can accommodate up to six people and two small children.
After a walk of approximately 600 meters, you'll reach the cliffs and a small path leading directly to the sea. Thanks to past storms, "our" little bay boasts fine sandy beaches, and you can also enjoy searching for stones and amber. Summer and winter are incomparably beautiful here – the village of Lancken lies nestled between the Wieker Bodden lagoon and the Baltic Sea.

Host informationWe've always been fans of the Baltic Sea. Eventually, we found ourselves in the northwest of Rügen – in Lancken near Dranske, where the beaches are still wide and peaceful, and the hustle and bustle of the east coast is pleasantly far away. In 2026, a dream came true for us here under a thatched roof.
Because we ourselves love vacationing in holiday homes, we know what's important: arriving, taking a deep breath, and wanting for nothing. That's why we furnished the house piece by piece, just as we would want it ourselves – thoughtfully, with high-quality materials, and completely equipped. You don't need to bring anything with you; everything you need is there.
The Reethaus Strandgut has been welcoming guests since 2016. We continue to run it with great joy and look forward to seeing you :-) The Kaemmerer Family

Liebe Frau Hünger,
wir möchten uns ganz herzlich bei Ihnen bedanken, dass alles so reibungslos geklappt hat und wir Gast in Ihrem wunderschönen Haus sein durften.
Wir sind wieder gut zuhause angekommen und müssen nun erst einmal die Hitze hier verdauen. Ehrlich gesagt wären wir am liebsten direkt wieder auf die Insel gefahren.
Uns hat der Urlaub bei Ihnen sehr, sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben die Zeit auf Rügen und in Ihrem Haus sehr genossen und konnten uns wunderbar erholen. Die Lage, die Ruhe und die Umgebung haben uns begeistert.
Wer weiß, vielleicht sehen wir uns ja nächstes Jahr wieder? Zumindest können wir uns sehr gut vorstellen, noch einmal bei Ihnen Urlaub zu machen.

Ein wunderschönes, toll gelegenes und räumlich sehr durchdachtes Reethaus, wir sind begeistert! Es ist für jeden Urlaubstyp etwas dabei. Der Langschläfer: Er verpasst zwar hinter heruntergelassenen Rolläden den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer, fühlt sich aber in den sehr bequemen Betten richtig wohl und nutzt zum gemütlichen Aufwachen den Fernseher. Der Kulinarische: kann seine ganze Familie bekochen, in der Küche findet er alles was er braucht. Der Strandbegeisterte: muss nur kurz gehen und ist gleich am fast menschenleeren Strand, wo Strandschätze auf ihn warten oder das Handtuch um sich in den Sand zu legen. Der Sportliche: kann sich am Uferweg mit Meerblick auspowern. Wir haben all das als Familie getestet und können es nur weiter empfehlen!
