Wir haben 2014 bei Casa & Co gekauft und haben dann 2023 umfangreiche Renovierungen durchgeführt, die sie mit regelmäßigen Fotoberichten und wöchentlichen Updates überwacht und betreut haben. Sie sind wirklich professionell.
Sie sprechen Französisch und Englisch.
Wir schätzen sie für die Ehrlichkeit und Integrität ihrer Verwaltung, die Qualität ihrer Beratung, die Auswahl der Angebote und die Nachverfolgung der Projekte, aber vor allem lieben wir den mallorquinischen Touch, der uns träumen lässt und uns ein Zuhausegefühl vermittelt.

We had a fantastic holiday at Casa Ben in August 2024 - the home is well decorated, incredibly clean and well equipped and in our favourite corner of the world! It's a lovely house and just the perfect size for a family of 4.
Horst the host has thought of everything, from spare beach umbrellas to bikes to be borrowed, and we felt very comfortable and at home immediately. (The children appreciated the great wifi and TV options in the evening!).
Just 5 mins from the most gorgeous beach, you have a sea view, a lovely outdoor barbq area and a little pool to cool down in (which always seemed to be at the perfect temperature!) - and Horst is always available if you have any questions or need anything.
We hope to go back again - THE most relaxing holiday in a lovely place. Thank you Horst.
