Cancellation policy
Apartment Seeblick-Schiffstraße, 5 stars, Konstanz, Schiffstraße 29
The rental price is to be paid to the lessor in Konstanz. Upon conclusion of the contract, the lessee pays 25% of the total rental price (via bank transfer); final payment is due prior to arrival (also via bank transfer). By paying the deposit, the lessee agrees to the terms and conditions.
If a guest has to cancel, it must be made in writing.
Cancellation fees:
- up to 60 days prior to arrival 1/3 of the rental price;
- up to 59 days prior to arrival 90% of the rental price.
- In case there's a substitute lessee, the cancellation fee does not apply.
During peak season, the rental period lasts 1 week, from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival time does not start until 4:00 pm; departure no later than 10:00 am. If the apartment is not rented the week before your scheduled arrival, you might be able to arrive mid-morning. This needs to be confirmed over the phone.
The guest is liable for any damages caused to the rented flat by her/himself, family members, friends or visitors. Possible damages need to be reported to the lessor. During the rental period, the guest assumes responsibility for the apartment – in particular when it comes to securing windows and doors – and to keep it orderly and clean.
The guest is not permitted to let other people stay at the rented home / only those persons or pets who are listed in the rental contract. The home owner is entitled to reject non-approved persons or pets. Registered guests of the lessee pay a daily fee of €20.00 per person and night.
Insofar as the home owner is liable – for whatever legal reason –, liability is limited to three times the price for the rental period as long as the damages suffered by the guest were not caused intentionally nor by gross negligence.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser perfekt ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts; von der perfekten Einrichtung bis zur überdachten Terrasse mit phänomenalem Blick auf den Bodensee. Die Lage ist ideal: nur wenige Schritte zum Strand, zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die hilfsbereiten Vermieter, die uns mit vielen Tipps versorgt haben. Eine Unterkunft, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft war sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, wie man deutlich auf den Bildern erkennen kann. Mein scheinbar neu renoviertes und modern eingerichtetes Apartment war mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Nähe zu den Fähren und Bushaltestellen erleichterte die Erkundung der Umgebung. Ein nahegelegener Supermarkt bietet zusätzlichen Komfort. Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Vermieterin verdient besondere Erwähnung und machte den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer. Für Radfahrer steht eine sichere Fahrradabstellbox zur Verfügung, und es gibt auch kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor dem Apartment.
Insgesamt eine perfekte Wahl für einen Aufenthalt in Konstanz.
