Parking for 1 car with electric entrance gate. Sorry, but pets are not allowed. Smoking is only allowed in outside terraces. The propety is situated in a very quiet urbanisation with stunning sea views. Posibly the property with more sun in the costa Blanca. The terrace has a good size and you will really enjoy it.
