Holiday destination
The holiday home on Ruegen is located close to the beach in a sheltered area. The long sandy beach of Schaabe is only a few minutes, as a surfing and sailing school and the beautiful harbor. Also shopping for food are within walking distance.
The rather more peaceful walks along the Great Jasmund Bodden are an experience for nature lovers, just a walk to the idyllic Spycker-lake. The famous chalk cliffs can be admired in the near Stubnitz.
Getting there
The small spa resort of Glowe is north of the island of Ruegen, near the long beach Schaabe, between the Baltic Sea in the east and the Great Jasmund Bodden in the West.
You can reach Glowe about Stralsund Samtens, Lietzow and Sagard.
Then continue on the L30 to Glowe.
About 500 m after the town sign, turn left at the first marked left-turn lane to the left. On the left hand side there is a globe, where a bicycle is mounted.
After about 200 meters turn left again and reach about 100 m in the Baltic Sea Park Glowe. At the beginning is the second house on the right side the red house of the caretaker Mr Resesky (Espenweg 2).
