If this results in a time period in which the house is not rented out, the following deductions apply to a refund: On cancellation 49 days or more to the first day of the lease: 20% of the lease amount. 35 to 48 days to the first day of the lease: 30%. 14 to 34 days: 50% and 13 days or less: 90%.

The towel set includes 1x shower towel (100x150 cm), 2x towel 50x100 cm and 1x towel 30x50 cm The bedding set includes 1xpillowcase 80x80 cm, 1x pillowcase 40x80 cm and 1x cover 135x200 cm Foot mats for the shower and towels for the kitchen are included in the rental. The house now offers a sauna!

Located on the Oehe peninsula, Maasholm-Bad ist two kilometers away from Maasholm and about ten kilometres from Kappeln. The house is in a very quiet area, surrounded by nature reserves. The cozy fishing village of Maasholm,with it's two harbours, offers restaurants and cafés as well as small shops. From a Viking museum village near Schleswig to picturesque cities like Flensburg, there is a lot to see and do. Visit nearby Denmark or go sailing.

Getting there

Coming from Kappeln, follow the B199 towards Gelting. After about 6 kilometers, turn right towards Maasholm, on the L277. After a further three kilometers, you have reached the junction where you turn left towards Maasholm-Bad. Afterwards, turn right twice, then left and go straigt - you will find our house on the right.

Das Ferienhaus hat alles was man im Urlaub braucht. Wir waren im Herbst dort und das Wetter war nicht immer sehr schön. Aber durch die beiden Wohnzimmer kann man sich auch mal zurückziehen. Wir haben abends den Kamin angeheizt und die vorhandenen Spiele gespielt. Hervorheben möchte ich die Sauberkeit des Hauses. Frau Wiesner ist sehr nett und jederzeit zu erreichen. Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen.

Die Beschreibung des Hauses im Vorfeld hat wirklich gehalten was versprochen wurde. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und gepflegt. Auch an Familien mit Kindern wurde gedacht, z. B. war ein Bollerwagen oder div. Spiele vorhanden. Die Schlei, sowie die Ostsee mit dem schönen Naturstrand, konnten wir innerhalb weniger Gehminuten erreichen. In der Umgebung gab es einiges Schönes zu entdecken und wurde auch für die Kinder nicht langweilig.
