Cancellation policy
Cancellation conditions The reservation is guaranteed after a deposit (down payment ) of 1/3 of the total price. This will not be refunded in case of cancellation (according to Art. 1.385 of the Italian civil code).
Cancellations by the guest between the 30th day before the agreed day of arrival and the day of arrival, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation up to 30 days before the day of arrival: 50% of the agreed total price;
Cancellation at least 14 days before the arrival date: 80% of the agreed total price;
Cancellation less than 8 days before the arrival date: 100% of the agreed total price
