Cancellation policy
By signing the rental agreement, the tenant is bound to his booking. Payment of the rent is as follows: 1) Upon signing the contract: $500. 2) Second payment: 4 months before the start of the rental. 3) Final payment including final cleaning: Immediately before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy: The tenant can only cancel this rental agreement up to four months before the start of the rental without a cancellation fee. If a cancellation is made after this date, the deposit and $500 of the 2nd payment will be forfeited.

Our home is situated in a manicured and relatively enclosed development ("Ashton Lakes") in Sarasota, Florida and can be reached easily within 60-70 minutes via I-75, e.g. from Tampa airport. The closest beaches are Siesta Key (around the corner, ranked among the top ten beaches worldwide) and Lido beach, approx. 25 minutes away.
Getting there
Ideally you fly into Tampa and then take a rental car. Take I-275 South across the Sunshine Skyway Bidge (toll: $1.75), then I-75 South until you reach the 4th Sarasota Exit (Clark Road). The entrance to the Ashton Lake development is located approx. 4.2 miles away from I-75.
