Holiday destination
The semi-detached house is located in the quiet village Kirmenjak. Let here your soul go and relax from everyday stress. After 10 minutes drive you will reach the town of Porec and the beaches of Porec.
In the neighboring village Zbandaj is a small grocery store and restaurants. If you have forgotten fresh bread in the town of Porec, you get this in Zbandaj. In Zbandaj there is also a playground and a beautiful church.
Getting there
Salzburg-Villach-Ljubljana-Koper-Karawankentunel-Croatian border Kastel, towards Umag-Pula (new motorway), take the exit Baderna-Pazin-Porec, continue right towards Porec.
You will come after about 1.5km at Zbandaj to a crossroads with traffic lights, where you turn left. Now you drive straight on towards Sveti Lovrec. After about 1km is the turning direction Kirmenjak. Take half the village through, it goes uphill, at the highest point reached turn right, it goes slightly downhill, at the first junction left, the next two on the right. Thereafter, the first entrance on the right.

Ich kann mich immer nur wiederholen, das Ferienhaus und deren Vermieter sind ein Traum !
Wir wurden wie jedes Jahr herzlichst aufgenommen und es ist wie nach Hause kommen!
Man ist ab vom Trubel, in einem kleinen Dorf und trotzdem zentral gelegen um nach Porec oder Vrsar zu gelangen.
Ich liebe es und kann es uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.
Danke an Fam. Poropat und Tochter , für 3 wunderschöne Wochen bei Euch.
Wir sehen uns nächstes Jahr.

ganz herzlichen Dank für diese wundervollen Worte! Es ist etwas ganz Besonderes, wenn Gäste immer wiederkommen und sagen, dass es sich schon wie ein zweites Zuhause anfühlt.
Drei Wochen bei der Familie Poropat – wie schön! Ich freue mich sehr, dass Ihr Euch auch dieses Jahr wieder so wohlgefühlt habt und die Ruhe in Kirmenjak sowie die zentrale Lage nach Porec und Vrsar geniessen konntet.
Ein ganz grosses Dankeschön auch an die Familie Poropat, die Euch jedes Jahr so herzlich empfängt. Ich freue mich schon darauf, Euch nächstes Jahr wieder in Istrien begrüssen zu dürfen!
