Holiday destination
From the terrace, you can hear the sound of the sea, which is also just a few minutes away on foot. Aldi and a bakery are nearby. Delightful restaurants for a cozy meal are within walking distance. Villa Anne is like new, and the amenities leave nothing to be desired. Excursions into the hinterland are recommended, as well as a trip by boat. You will find that a holiday in our house will leave you with fond memories. Therefore, just come back again.
Getting there
Denia is located midway between Valencia and Alicante. Their airports are served daily by many airlines. The driving time from both airports is approximately 1 hour.
By car, you drive from Germany through France to Spain on the E15.
The Ondara/Denia exit is right before Denia.

Aufgrund der zahlreichen positiven Bewertungen, hatten wir uns für die Villa Anne entschieden.
Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum Schluss sehr angenehm und unkompliziert.
Die Villa liegt ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse und hat unsere Erwartungen zu 100% erfüllt.
Die kompletten und liebevoll eingerichteten Bereiche Kochen, Essen, Wohnen, Schlafen etc. waren sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Eindeutig die Handschrift der Vermieter.
Auch für uns gehörte der uneinsehbare Garten mit dem Pool zu den Highlights.
Von der ersten Minute an haben wir uns in der Villa Anne sehr wohl gefühlt, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Für uns war es der erste Aufenthalt, aber nicht der Letzte. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir kennen Denia von einigen Aufenthalten. Dieses Haus sticht heraus. Die Lage ist sehr gut und zentral und gleichzeitig ruhig. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist ebenfalls hervorragend, der Garten sehr gepflegt, fast uneinsehbar mit schönem großen Pool und guten Möbeln und Liegen. Leider hatten wir etwas Pech mit dem Wetter. Es wurde vor allem Abends sehr frisch. Dank der sehr schnellen und effektiven Zentralheizung war das aber auch kein Problem. Wir empfehlen das Haus von Familie Rupprecht sehr gerne und werden sicher wiederkommen. Auch herzlichen Dank für die schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation!
