MKF may charge a lump-sum cancellation fee as a percentage of the holiday property price as follows, taking into account the following breakdown according to the proximity of the time of cancellation to the contractually agreed start of the stay:
- up to the 90th day before the start of occupancy: 20%.
- from the 89th to the 70th day before the start of occupancy 30%.
- from the 69th to the 51st day before the start of occupancy: 40%.
- from the 50th to the 31st day before the start of occupancy 80%.
- from 30th day to start of occupancy 90%.

Es war ein Traumurlaub in einem Traumhaus. Das Haus war sehr schön - gemütlich aber auch modern - eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool hatte eine schöne ausreichende Größe - die Kinder waren jeden Tag drin.
St. Tropez mit dem Bateau Vert, St. Maxime - Altstadt und Strand etc.
