Cancellation policy
Reservation cancellation
In the event of the guest cancelling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100 % of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of 50,00 € will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less then 50,00 €, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unnanounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 24.02.2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. the conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.

Wir haben 2 Wochen absolute Erholung vom Alltag genießen können. Die Gastfreundschaft der Familie Babic und das angenehme Klima, verbunden mit der erholsamen Ruhe haben uns täglich aufs neue tolle Urlaubstage erleben lassen.
Mit 4 erwachsenen Personen haben wir in der Villa ausreichend Platz gefunden und einen hohen Wohnkomfort genossen. Pool und Grundstück waren täglich in einem Top-Zustand. Endlich mal ein Haus, an dem aber auch nichts auszusetzen ist.
Für die persönliche und freundschaftliche Betreuung durch die Familie Babic hat sich diese Familie einen Zusatzpunkt in der Bewertung verdient.

Da sind wir wieder.
Nachdem es uns im Sommer schon soooo gut gefallen hat, haben wir direkt die Herbstferien für einen zweiten Besuch genutzt. Wieder wurden wir herzlich empfangen, der Kamin war schon an und frische gebackenes Brot duftete im Haus.
Baden konnten wir leider nicht mehr aber wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne sonnige Herbstwoche. Unser jüngster war wieder jeden Mittag bei den Pferden bzw. mit den Vermietern unterwegs.
Danke für diesen tollen Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder!
