Cancellation policy
Special cancellation conditions for Covid-19:
Dear Holidaymaker,
Although we assume that we will all be able to travel to the South of France from mid-May (Covid-19 doesn't like the sun, we do), we do have a Plan B.
If 1 week before the date of arrival there is a negative travel advice, either to travel or to arrive
or if there is a quarantine requirement on arrival or return, then we offer the following:
Stay planned before 12 June 2021
You may choose to postpone your stay and stay at the villa later in the season.
You can choose not to go this year and reserve a period for the 2022 season.
You can also choose a voucher. Ideal if you do not yet know exactly when you want to go on holiday next year. The amount of the deposit (35%) becomes the voucher amount. If you have already paid the balance, it will be refunded to you.
In some cases and after consultation, you can cancel a villa, for which a fee of €250 will be charged.
Planned stays between 12 June 2021 and 28 August 2021.
You may choose to postpone your stay and stay at the villa later in the season.
You can choose not to go this year and book a period for the 2022 season.

As we work with villas owned by private individuals, it may be that one villa has different conditions to another. Please ask us about the villa of your choice.

Our villa is located on its own grounds, partly fenced, of no less than 4200m2. Adjacent to the villa is a covered terrace with a dining area, a bar with refridgirator, a barbecue/plancha, and a wine-tasting area; here you can enjoy your meals 'al fresco'. In front you see the swimming pool with sun terrace and another covered terrace with a sitting area.
