Das Ferienhaus entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Das Haus liegt am Rande von Narbonne, man ist in 10 Min. mit dem Auto im Zentrum. Das Haus liegt in einem Viertel, das an ein Gewerbegebiet grenzt, dass aber zu keinen nachteiligen Einschränkungen geführt hat. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt von einer 2m hohen Mauer umgeben, was für uns sehr sinnvoll war, da wir ein Kleinkind dabei hatten. Der groÃ_x009f_e Pool im Garten war gepflegt und wir haben ihn ausgiebig genutzt. Sehr schön war auch die groÃ_x009f_e Terasse mit einer kompletten AuÃ_x009f_enküche. Die Einrichtung des Hauses lieÃ_x009f_ keine Wünsche offen und es gab in der Küche eine sehr umfangreiche Ausstattung. Leider fehlten in den Schlafräumen Insektenschutzgitter, da wir von Mücken gequält wurden. Als Hinweis wäre noch anzumerken, dass das Haus auf Grund seiner Lage nicht an das öffentliche Kanalnetz angeschlossen ist. Wir haben das auf Grund unangenehmer Gerüche in der zweiten Wochen festgestellt, der von dem hauseigenen Abwassertank ausging. Nach unserem Hinweis an Martine kam Sie umgehend und hat das Problem mit Chemikalien bekämpft. Für die Betreuung vor Ort von unserer Seite ein Dankeschön an Martine.

Wunderschönes ruhiges Ferienhaus mit einem herrlichen Pool,, großzügig ausgestatteten Küchen (außen und innen!) und sehr nettem Service (Danke Martine!). Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen bei Gelegenheit wieder.
