The house is situated in an exclusive area, where large plots of land have been used to build theses luxury compounds of cabanas overlooking the rice fields. To access the compound there are gates. To access the private beach over the rice fields a further gate has to be open using the provided cards.

Air Conditioned installed in all room over the winter. Kitchen and floors painted fresh. Exterior looking great. The villa is ready for the summer. Have a look at the photos in early April 2024
