If you cancel your vacation booking, we will refund 100% of the cost if the period you have booked is re-booked and completed by another guest at the same price. We will make every effort to secure another booking and notify you if this is the case.

In the event that you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see if the reservation can be rescheduled to another period in 2023 or 2024.

Gebucht haben wir über Ferienhausmiete, die Villa Maja. Die Außenanlage und der Pool haben uns sehr gut gefallen.Die Unterkunft verfügt nur über eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer. In den Schlafbereichen ist es daher deutlich zu warm. Das Sofa und die Matratzen waren sehr durchgesessen/ gelegen und müssten dringlich erneuert werden. Im Badezimmer wäre auch eine Erneuerung der Duschwand sowie des Toilettensitz und der Badmöbel sinnvoll. Auch ein Staubsauger mit Beutel wäre gerade mit Haustier wünschenswert. Von Sauberkeit und der Gastfreundlichkeit waren wir positiv überrascht. Würden die erwähnten Mängel beseitigt und auch einige Elektrogeräte ausgetauscht (Mikrowelle ) wäre der Urlaub eine zehn von zehn gerade für den Preis erwartet man dann schon etwas mehr.
