Reservation cancellations notified >60 < 42 days before arrival: 50 % of the total reservation cost (prepayment) is charged
Reservation cancellations notified 42 days before arrival and less, the prepayment is no refundable.
Full refundation only in case of finding replacement guests at the same conditions.

Wir waren 2 Wochen mit unseren 2 Hunden in der Villa Franka.
Das Haus ist wunderschön. Alles sehr gepflegt und es fehlt an nichts. Der Pool ist wunderschön und das Haus ist extrem sauber. Eine Unterkunft zum absoluten Wohlfühlen.
Der Eigentümer Andrea und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar.
Wir kommen definitiv wieder und würden uns wünschen, dass andere Urlauber genauso ordentlich mit dem Haus umgehen, wie wir es getan haben.
Wir kommen wieder und freuen uns.
