Cancellation policy

If you do cancel you will have to pay cancellation charges. The amount you pay depends on the date we have been informed of the cancellation in writing. The following cancellation charges apply: If you wish to cancel your booking always the 30% of total cost is not refundable. Within 30 days prior to arrival date amount is not refundable. Lovely Istria recommends buying the Trip cancellation insurance in cooperation with Uniqa d.d. insurance during the rent reservation. In case of booking cancellation, the guest claims the reimbursement of the funds in accordance with the terms of Uniqa d.d. insurance policies, directly from the insurance company. Lovely Istria will provide all of the necessary documentation upon the insurance company's request for the needs of processing of the claim for the damage compensation.

The Brijuni national park can be visited from the place Fažana, an old fisherman village with great beaches. Die Villa Casa Lumi ist ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes Ferienhaus. Das Haus und der Fitnessraum sind mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool und das komplette Anwesen waren sehr sauber und Top gepflegt. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit für uns erreichbar und haben uns gute Tipps sowohl für Ausflugsziele als auch für Restaurants gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt einmal wieder kommen.

Wir sind schon zum 2. Mal hier, weil uns das Ferienhaus und die Anlage super gefallen. Es ist sehr sehr sauber, es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, die Küche ist wirklich mit allem ausgerüstet. Die Qualität der Einrichtung ist hochwertig: u.a. die Wohnzimmercouch, die Betten und Matratzen, die Liegestühle, der Kühlschrank, die Waschmaschine. Natürlich ist der Privatpool das absolute Highlight. Auf der Anlage großräumiger Parkplatz. 2 Lebensmittelgeschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Herzlichen Dank an unsere Gastgeber, sie sind super nett, hilfsbereit und immer gut und schnell erreichbar. Zur Begrüßung gab es wieder eine große Obstschale. Wir kommen gern wieder.
