Cancellation policy
COVID 19 -Free Cancellation
Due to COVID 19 pandemic, there is a special cancellation policy.
In this regulation, you can cancel your booking in case of border clusures without losing your deposit.
In case that travel is not possible (border closure) due to the pandemic:
1. Up to 30 days before the date of arrival – a full refund
2. From 29 days before the date of arrival – a voucher for the booked villa in the full amount paid valid for the next 18 months.
We can also offer another accommodation in accordance with the house owners (only in case the already booked villa is not available for the new requested dates), most of our villas owners are very understanding and flexible.

The COVID-19 FREE CANCELLATION POLICY is valid for all bookings made up to and including 31st March 2021 for the stay in the period from 1st April 2021 up to and including 31st October 2021
