Cancellation Policy
In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre-payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less than €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. The conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.

Kanfanar is a small town situated in the south-west part of the Istrian peninsula, 275 meters above the sea. It is only 8 km far from the sea’a closest site, the Lim Cave. It is dominated by a Mediterranean climate with pleasant temperatures in summer and mild in winters. For those who love free climbing, there are two suitable sites near Kanfanar: one is at the end of the Lim Cave, next to the road,and the other one is above Dvigrad, in the northern part of the Draga.

“Ein Super schönes Haus ,tolle Umgebung”
Wir sind als Familie mit zwei Kindern angereist (12Jahre/17Jahre).
Würden vom Gastgebern sehr freundlich begrüßt.
Sogar ein Willkommenskorb war für uns bereit gestellt, darüber haben wir uns sehr sehr gefreut. DANKESCHÖN nochmals.
Das Haus ist ein Traum ,es war alles was man benötigt vorhanden. Da waren wir sehr überrascht.
Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt .
Die Betten und die Zimmer sind mit Liebe eingerichtet und sehr bequem.
Im Pool hatten alle viel Spaß die Wassertemperatur war genau richtig . Im Whirpool haben wir Abends tolle Stunden verbracht.
Die Außenanlage ist sehr gemütlich und schön eingerichtet wir haben wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge genossen .
Man hat die Ruhe richtig genossen.
Der Abschied fiel uns schwer wir hätten noch bleiben können.
Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen .
Für uns war es ein toller Urlaub.
Man kann mit den Auto die Umgebung gut erforschen.
In der Stadt ansieht ist ein Supermarkt der gut auch zu Fuß erreichbar ist.
Zum Abschied wurden wir von unserem lieben Gastgebern verabschiedet .
Ich wünsche euch alles Gute und wir sehen uns bestimmt wieder.

Seit 2021 kommen wir jedes Jahr immer wieder gern in dieses schöne Haus. Die ruhige Lage, die Einrichtung , der Pool, der Whirlpool und vorallem die Vermieter machen unseren Aufenthalt immer zu einem unvergesslichen Urlaub. Ein idealer Ort für Ruhe und Entspannung.
Für Fragen und Tipps steht der Vermieter jeder Zeit zur Verfügung und hilft gern weiter.
Der Pool und der Whirlpool stehen nur den Gästen des Hauses zur Verfügung, es gibt einen Grill im Garten.
Die gesamte Einrichtung des Hauses und des Gartens sind stets gepflegt und äußerst sauber.
Eine möblierte und überdachte Terrasse ermöglicht es, zu jeder Zeit, draußen zu sitzen.
Bei der Ankunft ist bereits der Kühlschrank mit Speisen und Getränken für ca.2 Tage befüllt. Auch leckeres und frisches Obst steht auf dem Tisch.
Abends kann man die herrlichen Sonnenuntergänge von der Terrasse genießen.
In Kanfanar gibt es einen kleineren Supermarkt,
Apotheke ,Post und Geldautomat. Größere Einkäufe kann man problemlos in der näheren Umgebung erledigen.
Auf Grund der zentralen Lage von Kanfanar,kann man Istrien in alle Richtungen sehr gut erkunden.
Wir kommen immer wieder gern hierher.
