1. Das Schloss am WC/Duschraum im Erdgeschoss ist kaputt.
2. Der Toilettensitz im selben Raum ist locker.
3. Der Wasserkocher schaltet sich beim Kochen nicht ab.
4. Der Mülleimerdeckel in der Küche ist kaputt.
5. Die Tür zwischen Wohnzimmer und Treppe klemmt und lässt sich nur mit groÃ_x009f_er Kraft öffnen.
6. Die Steckdose neben dem Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss ist ungeschützt und ohne Kindersicherung (extrem gefährlich).
7. Der Esstisch ist nicht mehr zu gebrauchen, da sich die Laminatbeschichtung ablöst.

Belvilla übernimmt keinerlei Verantwortung für einen stark mit Chlor und Säure verunreinigten Pool. Wären kleine Kinder hineingesprungen, hätten sie sich die Haut verbrannt. Mein Sohn tauchte kurz seine FüÃ_x009f_e ins Wasser und bekam einen Ausschlag und Blasen. Wir wiesen mit Teststreifen die extrem hohen Chlor- und Säurewerte nach. Uns wurde jedoch versichert, es sei unbedenklich und wir sollten einfach Wasser nachfüllen. Das taten wir zwei Stunden lang (während unseres Urlaubs!). Als wir anschlieÃ_x009f_end ein Video von einem weiteren Test mit demselben Ergebnis schickten, erhielten wir keine Antwort. Daraufhin informierten wir Belvilla von zu Hause aus. Nun teilten sie uns mit, es sei zu spät und wir hätten daher keinen Anspruch auf Entschädigung. Was für Betrüger! Wie kann es zu spät sein? Wir haben während unseres Urlaubs mehrmals E-Mails geschrieben, zwei Tage später eine unzureichende Antwort erhalten und danach gar nichts mehr. Wir waren nur fünf Tage dort. Das ist wirklich schlimm und birgt zudem die Gefahr einer lebensbedrohlichen Verunreinigung des Badewassers! Es geht hier nicht um einen schmutzigen Boden oder eine schlechte Matratze! Wir sind auÃ_x009f_er uns vor Wut und werden NIEMALS wieder bei Belvilla buchen.
