Es ist ein schönes Haus, sehr ruhig gelegen, an einer Sackgasse, deren letztes Stück sehr steil ist.
Das Haus verfügt über eine ganz besondere Aufteilung mit ausreichend Privatsphäremöglichkeiten.
Das ausreichend große Schwimmbad liegt in einem sehr geschützten Bereich und bietet ausreichend Schatten durch die Vegetation.
