Wir hatten einen furchtbaren Urlaub in der Casa Alma. In drei von vier Betten gab es Bettwanzen, die Vorhänge waren alle zerrissen, fast die gesamte Beleuchtung war kaputt, die Dusche roch nach Abwasser, das Balkongeländer war locker, sodass ich fast heruntergefallen wäre (Vorsicht mit Kindern!), Stromleitungen ragten am Pool aus dem Boden und standen noch unter Spannung, meine Frau schrammte sich an kaputten Bodenfliesen die FüÃ_x009f_e auf, die Klimaanlage roch muffig, und bei der Ankunft mussten wir sofort 50 Euro für Strom bezahlen. Am Abreisetag schickte die Besitzerin ihre Nichte, die weitere 70 Euro für Stromkosten verlangte. Als ich um Fotos der Zählerstände bei An- und Abreise bat, war das nicht möglich und alles war sehr umständlich. Ich habe mehrmals versucht, sie zu kontaktieren, um die Fotos anzufordern, aber die Dame ignoriert uns nun komplett. Alles in allem war es eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung mit der Casa Alma und das Geld definitiv nicht wert.
