100% of the down payment is refunded if the previously booked period is sold for the same price.
If the previously booked period is not sold for the same price, the down payment is not refunded.
In the case you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see whether the reservation is possible to be postponed to a different period in 2021 or 2022.
The down payment used for this reservation would be used in the new reservation.

Holiday destination
Pazin is a 1000 year old town and the centre of the Istrian County. It sits on top of a large cave, a natural phenomenon. In front of the cave there is a medieval fortress, which houses a museum. All around are infatuated small medieval towns with very good value and good food and drink. The coast is 30 minutes away. Grocery shop, restaurant, supermarket, bank, etc. ... are 5 minutes away from the villa.

Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Außengelände ist herrlich und die Umgebung sehr ruhig. Der Vermieter war unglaublich zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir würden das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehelen. Vielen Dank für alles.
