The guest can withdraw from the rental agreement in writing up to one day before begin of the rental period. If the guest withdraws from the rental contract without being prevented from doing so due to force majeure or if the guest does not transfer the remaining amount on time, the following proportionate rents are to be paid as compensation: - up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: booking payment - later than 14 days before the start of the rental: 100% of the rental price The unavoidable, extraordinary circumstances and force majeure are: 1. State of emergency and natural disasters in the area where the rental property is located, major damage to the rental property, or other circumstances that significantly impair the security and living comfort of the rental property. 2. Ban on arrival and departure, as well as obligatory quarantine as a result of epidemics in the area where the rental property is located, as well as in the guest's residential area.

Getting there

Easy to reach by land and air because of the bridge connection between island and the mainland, as well as that Rijeka International Airport is located on this island. Malinska is well connected with Rijeka and Zagreb, but also with islands Cres and Losinj as well as with other settlements on the island.

Ein wunderschönes großes Haus, in dem es an wirklich Nichts mangelt ! ! Vanja Juric ist ein unwahrscheinlich netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, bei dem wirklich kein Wunsch unerfüllt bleibt. Das Haus ist wirklich der Wahnsinn ! ! Der Pool der Oberhammer ! ! In dem Haus ist von Vorne bis Hinten alles gut durchdacht. Die Außen und Poolbeleuchtung automatisch. Die Gartenbewässerung automatisch. Jedes Zimmer eine eigene Klimaanlage und die Badezimmer eine Wucht. Vom Balkon aus eine superschöne Aussicht zum Hafen. Also wir waren bereits in etlichen Urlaubsländern, aber wenn unsere Tochter nach 14 Tagen schon weint, weil es wieder nach Hause geht, das hat schon Etwas zu sagen ! ! Das ganze Gelände komplett eingezäunt, so das unsere kleinen Hunde den ganzen Tag frei laufen konnten. Vielen, vielen Dank Vanja

Das Haus ist mega! Alles was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt ist dort vorhanden. Der Pool ist eine Sensation und hat uns mega viel Spaß gemacht! Die Kommunikation sowohl mit dem Vermieter als auch mit dem Verwalter Vorort war perfekt und hat super schnell und nett funktioniert. Egal was man noch an Fragen oder Wünsche hatte, sie wurden sofort erfüllt. Einziger kleiner Schönheitsfehler, dass Malinska in ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg entfernt, den Berg runter liegt. Das ist auf dem Weg zurück doch sehr steil und anstrengend. Davon abgesehen würden wir dieses Haus und den Vermieter immer wieder buchen, es war wirklich sehr schön, mit riesigem Pool und einer ganz tollen Ausstattung! Eine ganz klare Weiterempfehlung für dieses tolle Feriendomizil!!!!
