Wir haben für unseren Aufenthalt eine Unterkunft über Belvilla gebucht (Preis: 5.100 â_x0082_¬) und mussten erhebliche Mängel hinnehmen:
Ein Teil der Unterkunft (ein Appartement im Erdgeschoss) konnte nicht genutzt werden, weil es bereits bewohnt war. Somit stand uns nicht die gesamte Unterkunft zur Verfügung, wie zuvor angekündigt.
Die zugesagte Klimaanlage war nicht vorhanden.
Der Poolalarm war defekt, was einen klaren Sicherheitsmangel darstellt.
Besonders gravierend ist, dass es sich hierbei nicht nur um Komfortmängel handelt, sondern um sicherheitsrelevante und rechtlich problematische Punkte. Wir sind mit drei Kindern gereist, und das Fehlen eines funktionierenden Poolalarms stellte ein erhebliches Risiko dar. In Frankreich ist eine funktionierende Sicherheitseinrichtung am Pool gesetzlich vorgeschrieben. Ein defekter oder nicht vorhandener Poolalarm kann nicht nur zivilrechtliche, sondern auch strafrechtliche Konsequenzen für Eigentümer und Vermittler haben.
Darüber hinaus stellen falsche Angaben in der Unterkunftsbeschreibung â_x0080__x0093_ wie die Bewerbung einer Klimaanlage oder einer zusätzlichen Gästeunterkunft, die tatsächlich nicht vorhanden bzw. nicht zugänglich sind â_x0080__x0093_ einen klaren Fall irreführender Geschäftspraktiken dar. Auch dies kann nach französischem Verbraucherrecht rechtliche Folgen haben.
Trotz all dieser gravierenden Mängel wurden wir weder vom Vermieter noch von Belvilla in irgendeiner Weise entschädigt. Es gab keinerlei Entgegenkommen oder Lösungsvorschläge.
Für eine Premium-Unterkunft zu diesem Preis ist das absolut enttäuschend und nicht akzeptabel. Wir können nur dringend davon abraten, bei Belvilla zu buchen, da zugesagte Leistungen nicht garantiert werden und im Problemfall keinerlei Unterstützung erfolgt.

Was für ein Juwel von einem Ort! Die Villa ist wunderschön in den provenzalischen Hügeln versteckt und bietet einen ruhigen Rückzugsort, Der private Pool war ein Highlight für uns, perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem Tag des Erkundens in der Nähe von Fayence, Wir liebten es, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom charmanten Stadtzentrum entfernt zu sein, wo wir köstliche Bäckereien fanden, Sehr zu empfehlen für einen friedlichen Kurzurlaub!
