Park: Residencial Panorama, with 5 vacation-houses, 50m nearby sea and white sandy beach. No traffic noise. The vacaion houses are situated very quiet. Every vacation house has his own plot and terrace with seaview. Restaurants, shops, car-rentals and 24 hour ambulance in 100 m nearby.

Terrasse nur mit seitlichem Meerblick, großes Haus mit großem Wohn-Küche-Essbereich, gute Sauberkeit sowie Zwischenreinigung nach einer Woche, gute Ausstattung (es wäre schön, wenn man in den Schränken zu den Kleiderstangen noch mehr Schubladen / Ablageflächen hätte), leider war der Wäschetrockner kaputt und wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes auch nicht ersetzt. In Laufweite diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, Strand in 2 min erreichbar. Schöne, gepflegte Anlage mit Grillplatz, kleinem Pool und Außendusche, sehr ruhig.

Wir, 2 Paare, sind am 07.09.2024 nach 3 Wochen aus Costa Calma zurückgekehrt und haben uns in der Villa Fernando von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung hat, vor allem die Küche, eine Mega-Ausstattung, wo es an nichts gefehlt hat. Für uns war die Kaffeemaschine, auch die Nespresso, der Kühlschrank mit Eisfach sowie die Spülmaschine die am häufigsten genutzen technischen Geräte. Die Schlafzimmer waren angenehm groß, aber am wichtigsten war für uns, dass neben dem Wohnzimmer auch die Schlafzimmer mit einer leisen Klimaanlagen ausgestattet waren. Die Villa verfügt über einen großen Fernseher, der alle frei empfangbaren deutschen Sender zeigt und zudem mit dem WLAN verbunden ist. Diese schöne Wohnung hat uns so überzeugt, dass wir die Villa Fernando für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht haben.
