Our beautiful new build 4 bedroom pool home is located in the beautiful and sunny south west of Cape Coral. Villa Water Pearl has water view and a wonderful neighbourhood.
Very good access to various shopping, outlets, golf courses, Cape Coral Harbour & Cape Coral Beach (about 10 min.)
Sanibel, Captiva & Ft. Myrers Beach invite you to a day trip on the beach.
In the immediate vicinity of our Villa Water Pearl there are cycle paths, so you have the opportunity to explore the surroundings with the bicycles.
Getting there
The closest airport is Fort Myers and is directly flown from Germany.
The journey time from there to our Villa Palm Tree is only about 40 minutes.
From Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando or Tampa airports, the travel time to our house is between 2 and 3 hours.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Waterpearl und haben uns dort rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Villa ist modern, sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet , es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön und lädt zum Entspannen ein, nebenbei kann man auch noch viele Tiere beobachten.
Auch die Hausverwaltung möchten wir positiv erwähnen . Sie war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit gut erreichbar. Fragen wurden schnell und unkompliziert beantwortet, sodass wir uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts bestens aufgehoben gefühlt haben.
Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt und den stets guten und unkomplizierten Kontakt. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Schön, dass Sie den tollen Outdoor- und Poolbereich nicht nur zum Entspannen genutzt haben, sondern hier auch das fantastische Wildlife direkt am Kanal beobachten und genießen konnten. Hier gibt es für Groß und Klein so unendlich viel zu entdecken und bewundern. Dass es Ihnen an nichts gefehlt hat und Sie den Kontakt zur Hausverwaltung und unseren immer sehr netten Kontakt so lobend erwähnen macht uns wirklich sehr glücklich. Wir haben hier einen traumhaften Familienurlaub erleben können. Vom freundlichen und stets hilfsbereiten Kontakt, bis hin zur Ausstattung, stimmt hier alles. Die Villa ist sehr neuwertig und stimmt mit den hier gezeigten Bildern überein. Der Kontakt zur Hausverwaltung vor Ort klappte auch problemlos. Das Haus haben wir sehr sauber vorgefunden. Für Kinder ist hier nicht nur genügend Platz, sondern es stehen auch diverse Spiele, Fahrräder, etc zur Verfügung. Die Umgebung ist sehr freundlich und gut gelegen für Restaurantbesuche und Einkäufe. Als regelmäßige Cape Coral Urlauber ist diese Villa nun unter unsere Top-Favoriten! Wir können diese Villa uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Mit unserer Neubauvilla Water Pearl, die direkt am wunderschönen Windigo Kanal gelegen ist, haben wir uns einen Traum erfüllt, an dem wir gerne liebe Gäste teilhaben lassen möchten.
