Cancellation policy
If you do cancel you will have to pay cancellation charges. The amount you pay depends on the date we have been informed of the cancellation in writing. The following cancellation charges apply: If you wish to cancel your booking always the 30% of total cost is not refundable. Within 30 days prior to arrival date amount is not refundable.
Lovely Istria recommends buying the Trip cancellation insurance in cooperation with Uniqa d.d. insurance during the rent reservation. In case of booking cancellation, the guest claims the reimbursement of the funds in accordance with the terms of Uniqa d.d. insurance policies, directly from the insurance company.
Lovely Istria will provide all of the necessary documentation upon the insurance company's request for the needs of processing of the claim for the damage compensation.

One well behaved dog is welcome with an extra cleaning charge of 50 Euros per week.
During the high season the villa is only rented on weekdays from Saturday to Saturday.

Wir Ehepaar 57 und 58 Jahre waren vom 02.08. bis 16.08. dort im Urlaub. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen.Die Villa ist sehr nett eingerichtet und ist etwa 35 Autominuten von Porec entfernt und liegt wirklich in der Natur. Absolute Ruhe und Entspannung.
Der nichteinsehbare Pool ist auch so ein Highlight, ich möchte aber darauf hinweisen, dass man schon gut zu Fuß sein muss um Ihn zu erreichen. Es sind 50 Treppenstufen zum Pool hoch.
Zum nächsten Ort Livade sind es etwa 2 Autominuten, dort möchte ich das Trüffellokal Zigante empfehlen. Einfach ein Genuss, selten so gut gegessen ???

Das war mein schönster Urlaub,alles hat gepasst.Die Zimmer waren prima,nur oben unter dem Dach kam kaum kalte Luft hin obwohl die Klimaanlage den ganzen Tag lief.Wir konnten nur bedingt gut schlafen.In der Dusche müsste mal der Ablauf nach geschaut werden ,das Wasser lief schlecht ab.
